all files now have corrected info sections from pd's filemaker database.

changed system id in doctype

removed dtd from DOCTYPE-
DOCTYPE is now referenced via a system id, i.e.
/usr/share/sgml/archimedes/sys

put in missing sentence breaks

these files now have the standard sentence breaks

added the PERMANENT ids--the ids reside in archimedes.xml in cvs under
/admin/archimedes

changed dtd to right  one and added xml declaration

replaced <arrow.to.target n="fig*"> with <figure n="fig*">
changed DTD to allow this.
